I'm not on my own computer. I have that bookmarked on MY computer that I can't access right now. I think it may have been posted by a trainer named "Lanette" ?? I am pretty sure I know what you are talking about. Doesn't the list have regular and advanced HD's in it? Even Thread the Needle, I think??

Here you go: The link is under "kickbutt basic workout"
The sequence is as follows:
1. PBS
2. Single set of Hoedowns
3. Plies
4. Single set of Advanced Hoedowns
5. Reach Scoop
6. Single set of Thread the Needle
7. Jazz Twist
8. repeat Hoedowns
9. The Box
10. repeat Advanced Hoedowns
11. Oilwells
12. Repeat Thread the Needle
13. T-Tapp Twist
14. Repeat hoedowns or if you're brave do a single set of hoedowns, advanced hoedowns and thread the needle.
If you do the brave option be prepared to huff, puff and wobble.
If you don't have time to do the sequence as outlined above simply do Basic Workout plus then add a double set of hoedowns, advanced hoedowns and thread the needle. You'll be surprised how demanding this is when you use good form to do it.

It IS a KILLER! I did the easy version, after every 2 moves, and that only one time!
If anyone says T-Tapp doesn't have enough cardio, give them this variation!
