Congrats! And doing T-Tapp during your pregnancy is sure to help I did mostly MORE through out my last pregnancy with TWO broken up here and there about 2-3x per week with some walking and it made a huge difference for me. Well, I didn't do too much for the first four months due to a scare of loosing the baby, but then I was pretty consistant 3x a week.
Doing PBS to begin with is a great start and just listening to your body. Brushing is a great thing to do too. I also enjoyed the benefits of Teresa's Alfalfa since I never swelled/or had water retention.

Thanks everyone! I'm happy to say I've done it 2 days in a row! I'm starting slow. A couple days ago I did PBS, then did the Balance section on tapcore, but that was all I could handle. Yesterday I did PBS, reach scoops, TTT, and half a hoedown (only one set). I get lose my breath very easily, and had to take a breather before I finished PBS.

My plan is to start with PBS of course, and then add in some other things that sound good to me. I've not missed a day in July yet!! lol

I need to start brushing again, too! Oh, and I just posted a link on an online pregnancy group I'm in. Just sharing the good news of T-tapp!
