    Default New here..kind of!

I just found out I am pregnant with baby #4! I'm not new to T-tapp, but I can't say I've seen a lot of improvement when I have done it. I am about 20 lbs heavier than I was with my other pregnancies, and I'm so worried about gaining a lot like I usually do.

So, I'm wanting to start up again with T-tapp and hopefully that will help since I have this extra fat!

    Welcome back and congratulations!
I'm sure T-tapp will help you enjoy this pregnancy - you might not see much LOSS (grin) but it will certainly help with those little aches and pains and strengthen your muscles for the big push ahead.

Congratulations!!! I know that just moving your body (and T-Tapp is the very best for that) will help, no matter what. Maybe try and eliminate sugar during your pregnancy will help to make a difference too. I needed to do that with one of my pregnancies (we won't talk about the fact that I SHOULD have done that for all of them!!!!) and I also did little mini workouts throughout the day (didn't know about T-Tapp then). I only gained 25lbs and I lost 20 the day I had the little guy.

My dd wanted and "should" have done more T-Tapp with her 1st pregnancy but she kept talking herself out of it. The 2nd pregnancy she faithfully did "some" T-Tapp at least 4x a week and her pregnancy and labor, delivery, and recovery was completely different...MUCH better!

Brian is on medication at the moment, but hoping that he's do some serious diet change soon. Thanks for asking!

Congrats! And doing T-Tapp during your pregnancy is sure to help I did mostly MORE through out my last pregnancy with TWO broken up here and there about 2-3x per week with some walking and it made a huge difference for me. Well, I didn't do too much for the first four months due to a scare of loosing the baby, but then I was pretty consistant 3x a week.
Doing PBS to begin with is a great start and just listening to your body. Brushing is a great thing to do too. I also enjoyed the benefits of Teresa's Alfalfa since I never swelled/or had water retention.
