    I also love to flavor up food and use cinnamon in baking, along with nutmeg, etc., and it really helps to greatly reduce the amount of sweetening the recipe may call for. Using a lot of good quality spices helps health-wise as many are so good for you, but it also reduces the feeling of needing to add too much salt or sugar.

    I agree with sugar is a bad thing , well thats my next step as well . I gave up diet coke awhile befor mothers day(at least two weeks ) and have not even had a sip of it and I never will again..I was eating low gi for awhile and I have gone back to sugar a little bit but maybe that will be my next job..I gave up cigarettes ( 33 yrs ) coffee (21 yrs ) diet soda ( 10 weeks --I'm not sure of the exact date ) Maybe soon the sugar , I'm almost perfect LOL..( just need to give up sugar )
