Unapproved messages

Whenever I get a "Visitor's Message" I get an "Unapproved message" notification. How do I change that. I've been trying to change it but don't know how.

You have to click the little box next to the message and go to the bottom of the page where there's a button that says something like "delete" and when you click on that, more options will "pop" out. Click on the approve button.

Oops, not the delete button, it's Moderation Tools. And it's still on the right hand bottom of the page!
