I wanted to thank everyone for there previous recommendations of the T-Tapp More DVDs. These are great. I have just finished the instructional all the way through yesterday for the first time. It seems so simple to watch it, but it truly is a difficult work out. I have always hated to work out doing things like running on a treadmill etc. So T-Tapp is great. I am truly feeling the results already. I also purchased the Skechers shoes and can feel the difference immediately with those versus my other sneakers.
I hope that with these great DVD's and the support of this forum I will actually stick with it and see results. But this seems to be unlike any other work out I have ever done and is exactly what I need for my busy life.
I also had one question about the Bootcamp. For the first 4 days of my bootcamp I never completed the instructional work out because I would get fatigued. However, by day 5 and now 6 I have been able to go all the way through. Should I add extra days to my bootcamp to make up for this or just go through Day 10. Then go to every other day.
