I see this is week 6. Will there be another 6 weeks starting after that? I kind off stopped exercising during the past few weeks because of sickness and too much going on in our family. THis week is still crazy, but I think things will slow down for me after that and I'd like to have some extra motivation.

Yes, there will be another week 1 thread. But you can continue here (it's what I'll do and then move to week 1 next Monday.

Ladies, hi from me! Finally I have the time to follow this thread. I find it quite interesting here Lats few weeks I've been doing TLB and LB alternating the standing and floor parts. My goal is to continue and work toward doing standing and floor in one day. Brushing, water are ok. Stress is not that much I love summer!

I'm in again. Goals for this week will be to do MORE, write out a workout schedule, and to be realistic about getting my diet in order. Oh yes, BRUSHING! Now that the shingles rash has disappeared (thanks to ajy's advice!) brushing can return to my life. I really missed that.

Hi to Gergana and Nataliji. Yep, this bunch has boatloads of fun along with encouragement for each other. Sometimes we have WAAAYYYY too much fun! Nah, never have too much of that. Puts a smile on my face just thinking of everyone.

Now, off to do MORE and not just flap my gums about it. Later!

Hi everyone! I never get on the computer on the weekends, it seems, so I'm sure I will have a LOT to catch up on.

I was looking in the mirror yesterday and was SURE that my waist measurement must be done an inch or more. So I measured...I was wrong. Hadn't moved at all...well, maybe a teeny bit, but not really. My thigh measurement was less though!

Goals for this week include brushing, better water intake, and T-Tapp every day!

    Let's have a GREAT week!

Hi everyone! I can't believe it's week 6 already. Congrats to all the 60 day challenge people on all your losses you reported on last weeks thread!

    Patti, welcome back!
Peggy, nice pics from your banquet!
Lois, congrats on your new granddaughter!
ayj, that's great that your sis hasn't been having pain!
Brooke, gardening is a wo! I realized that I must not be bending deep enough on the head rocks portion of PBS because the backs of my legs were KILLING me after gardening last week (all the squatting).
Jennifer, I don't usually get on the computer on the weekend either. We miss a lot!
Penny, glad your rash is gone. Yay for ayj!
    Gergana and Natalija, Welcome!!!!

    Hello everyone,

I was away in the countryside with friends this weekend - so lovely and we went on a ten mile hike on Saturday, I haven't walked that far for a long time. I really enjoyed doing the challenge unofficially - I haven't measured yet as TOM is very late and I know I'm retaining water. I don't think I've lost lots of inches, but I'm fitter, stronger, am getting better at keeping my ribs up and have reshaped a little - I'm happy with all of this!

Huge congratulations to all those who finished the 60 Day Challenge - Lois, Brooke, Chi, Abbie and Nancy! (I hope I haven't missed anyone)

Gergana and Taly - glad you're joining us.

    Have a great week everyone!

I'll definitely be joining you next week. This week I am trying to keep up with doing PBS every day and adding some small workouts here and there (besides garden work and such). We are still fighting sickness here and have a few doctor's appointment, so not hoping for lots of free time. THanks for the welcome.

    Welcome, Nalalija!

Gergana, you are taking a day off between those workouts, right?! (on this thread you have to put up with the self-appointed "don't-overtrain-policewoman"! )

I almost didn't finish the Challenge. I mean, I didn't do anything differently than I would have without the Challenge. I knew with my adrenal issues, and planning to start HTF mentoring, I just couldn't add in more workouts. But I entered and I decided since I'm always after everyone to finish it no matter what, I better take my own advice!

My eating was worse than it has been in a long time--mostly too much sugar (mint M&Ms anyone?!). My meals were great, just the extra "treats"! Well, my mom's birthday and the anniversary of her passing were during the Challenge. And I knew from past experience to not get down on myself during those times. I stayed consistent with my one class per month.

I didn't actually start HTF until a few weeks ago. So mainly I did my one class per week and held two clinics. And ate lots of mint M&Ms! LOL!

Amazingly, I didn't gain! I actually lost just over 2 inches!!! Not that it really shows any on my pics, but I was happy to not see gains!

But what I did gain was freedom--emotional freedom. I just wrote about it in my essay and I plan to share more on the forums later. I just have to say I already feel like a winner because of the freedom!

Congratulations to all of you who stayed with it and have lost inches--whether just a few or a bunch--you finished and THAT makes YOU a winner, too!
