Trisch, you gave a couple tips here I'd never seen before--the brushing every time you go to the bathroom is a great idea!
And I've never before heard a caution against tilting the ribcage to achieve Ribs Up. I just did SATI and realized that I do NOT keep ribs up well at all during the side-to-side (maybe because tucking requires more effort then? I don't know) but when I tried to do it, lots of times I would get a pain in my back. This pain is one I've been struggling with a lot lately, mostly between my shoulder blades, and I wondered if it was worse because of focusing on my lats. Now I'm wondering if I'm tilting my ribcage. Have to watch that!
