    Hi! Sorry I haven't started this sooner. Have been so busy.

    Thanks for the prayers for my friend and her daughter. Went to the viewing and funeral on Friday and Saturday.

    Shara--So great to see you on here. Sounds like your son and daughter are both doing great!!! How nice that you were able to live with your son there. Sorry to hear about the cottage being robbed, your basement being flooded and about your dad. Glad that your dad is doing ok. And that you were able to talk with your mom nightly to help her.     Tina, that must have been really tough for you going to the funeral. Sometimes life deals us things just are not fair. It's good to be back here, nice to be tapping again! The biggest benefit I am already noticing is the increased energy! My son just called, his team is playing against the Hungarian Olympic team and wow, he's having such a great experience!!

    Tina, my husband and I often remind each other how important it is to appreciate every day. Life is short and it is precious.

    Ladies, I began tapping last week, Thursday and Friday I did Tempo Basic Plus, took Saturday off and have done Tempo Total workout Sun, Mon, Tues and already can see a difference in my body! Today I am just saying to myself..."Why would I NOT T-tapp??!". I didn't measure but I can see that my muffin top is going away and my lower body is shaping up. Probably the only additional workouts that I will add will be a bit more upper body strength. I like muscular arms.

    GM/MM nutrition: I am trying to stick with these guidelines but have a few questions about it. Are any of you following this way of eating?

Congratluatioins on getting those workouts in, I'm proud of you, just keep it up now, that's the key. How did your DS get on in the game? I'm excited to know! x

    I'm okay thanks Tina, a little emontionally drained by some stuff going on but I only have a few days to go then I go away on Thursday for a long weekend with friends, I can't wait. I'm still jogging, think I overdid it last week, thighs felt too big in work pants but two days later, back to normal weird huh? Only jogged 30 mins this morning then switched to toning. May do the same tomorrow x

    Jackie, sorry to keep you waiting to tell you about the game!! Canada lost to Hungary 13-9 and 13-7 but played really well. Hungary has won gold at the Olympics 3 consecutive years, they are a powerhouse! DS didn't play in the official games, I think the coach wants to give him time to develop a bit more before putting him in with those men although he scrimmaged against them and did great! Now he will be off to Spain and Italy to play against all of the Olympic teams! About the workouts, yes, you said it...I just have to keep at it now! I NEED variety and that's the reason I end up giving up tapping. I am trying to find the best way to incorporate tapping into my more traditional workout schedule. I'm thinking of doing Tempo every other day with regular type stuff in between. Not sure.

    DH and I spent the weekend at the cottage, it was amazing! I thought I would be much sadder without our children there but it was ok, we had lots of fun canoeing and hanging out. Hot here today so I'm going to do indoor things. Have a great day!!

    Shara--That is great that you are back to ttaping. And seeing results. I need variety also. Are you doing GM/MM? Glad you and your DH had a nice time at the cottage. Sounds relaxing!! hugs!!

    Tina, I used to love those days when my children were off for the summer. Enjoy as our little ones grow up so fast! My DS texted me to say that he found a really nice little wine bar he would like to take me to next fall (he knows I like my wine!). He is the sweetest son, still lets me know I'm special. Having great relationships with our children through the years pays off when they are older and still want to hang out with us! I am (kind of) doing GM/MM eating although I have a tough time being really strict about my eating. I suddenly realized that the reason I stop tapping is because I miss my other workouts so much. So today I did Tempo in the AM then a weighted workout in the PM but used tapping form and it went well! Hugs!!

    My DD graduates tomorrow from Nursing so we are all going to that then out for dinner with parents, my brother and his family and some friends. Should be fun!

    Hi ladies - so sorry I have been away for so long. Life has been beyond mad and who knows when or if it is going to get any better. But anyhow, I have decided I need a routine in this madness and that means I need to work out regularly again. Plan to start with SATI or BWO+ for a bit. Have decided also to go off wheat completely and soon off of all grains. I just need to focus and start looking after myself now. I plan to be posting regularly too.

    Hey ladies!! Love coming here to catch up Busy here enjoying summer with my boys.

    Went to my yearly appt yesterday. One thing was my blood pressure was high. Prayers appreciated! I was down 22 lbs on the scale though!!!

    Asha--You have been busy. Sounds like things have been crazy!! Cheering you on for your workouts!! Great idea to eliminate grains and wheat. I probably should do that too. Take care! big hugs!

    Shara--Yes, I love having the kids home. That is wonderful about your daughter's graduation. YAY!! Your son sounds so sweet!!! I agree that we need to appreciate each day!! Hard sometimes to do that when things are crazy but we need to. hugs!
