T-Tapp is the first exercise routine that has become a part of my day AND I actually enjoy it.
I have decided to set a goal for myself, to become a T-Tapp mentor or trainer. What goals should I set for myself, both short-term and long-term? What is a good starting point?
I really feel this is something I can do for the rest of my life. I feel younger and more alive T-Tapping and eating high-raw.
To become a T-Tapp trainer you have to be consistently T-Tapping for 6 months, and then go into the mentoring program (Kirsten and I are the mentors). So set your goal for consistency these next 6 months and go from there... Welcome to T-Tapp.
