I read the Skechers 2250 is the best shoe to wear during T-Tapping, but I'm a barefoot person. In the front door, shoes are off. (Yea, that pile doesn't belong to the teenage boys but to the momma!) It seems I can really feel the KLT if I'm not in shoes. At work, in shoes, I am more aware of walking KLT instead of big toe.
Can I Tapp without shoes?

It's easier than you think to lose form barefoot. It's not just the KLT, but gripping toes, collapsing core, dropping ribs...yeah, I've done it all!
