Default ok!!! I. AM. READY!!!! HELP???

Hi ladies! I am finally ready to really do this! But have a few questions! I am wanting to begin some T-Tapp workouts, along with some other dancing workouts I will be doing. I also want to do the God Made/Man Made meal plan as well! Can anyone give me advice? What work out do I begin with? (It REALLY needs to be affordable) Are there any other diet restrictions in the eating plan besides the 3 day/2 day thing? oh!!! and most importantly, IS THERE a place here where I can be held accountable to get my workouts done with other mommies??

    Thanks all!
    n

    Welcome, n!

Teresa advises to focus on the workout the first month. Cleaning up your eating is good, but if we try to start too much too soon, most of us get overwhelmed and quit!

There are several specials for June:

    https://store.t-tapp.com/news/38/Jun...-Specials.html

At the very least, you need Basic Workout Plus (BWO+). There are many combinations, as you can see! I personally love MORE, as the Instructional is slower, the pace of the workout is a bit slower and only 4 reps, to really focus on form. Plus there are 3 short workouts, which helps on time-crunched days! Finally, there is MORE from My Home to Yours on there, too, which picks up the pace a bit and gets you ready for BWO+.

But if you get BWO+, we can help you focus on form there, too! After all, that's what the original workout was--the Total Workout, of which BWO+ is the first 15 minutes!

No diet restrictions for the GM/MM!

These forums are one of the best places for accountability! Over on General Discussion there is a 6 Weeks to a New You thread, where we get kind of chatty, but we also state our goals and whether we got our workouts done or not. There is also Habit Formers, which you can join and earn points toward % off T-Tapp products.

And of course, you can just post on the Mommy Fitness thread (I think this month's is here: http://forum.t-tapp.com/showthread.p...626#post882626

Again, welcome, and let us know if we can help you further!

Oh! Thank you so much! That is so informative!!! I guess I already eat this way, so it's not THAT much of a change for me.. but the working out part! Oye! It's such a struggle for me! I will check out the specials and DEFINITELY the groups you mentioned! Thanks again!!

I vote for More too, especially the More Breast Health package. It is just a better instructional and a good set of workouts to rotate or combine over time. You might need a floor program later, but More, might be all you need for standing workouts. Of course, you will want other workout eventually, as you are curious about other workouts.
