I'm so excited and happy to share my progress! I'm noticing my knee knocker fat is trimming down now!ive been running for over 30 years and have always had pudgy looking knees and assumed they were this way because of the running causing my knee joint to get bigger, kind of like knuckle cracking making your knuckles bigger. Anyway, yesterday I was walking towards a full length mirror, not really looking to notice anything, and then I noticed it, my knee fat is trimming down! I'm so thrilled by this, almost as good as loosing some fat from thighs! I'm ordering my skin brushing today and a new workout, any suggestions for a workout?

I have Total and would like to try something different. I've been watering my plants in the t-Tapp stance and trying to walk the recommended way when I go for my walks, which is tough. I found it easier to t-Tapp walk on the treadmil with a slight incline. Any suggestions you have will be appreciated!

Oooo this could be tough!!! Basic Tempo, Step Away The Inches, More, Broom all come to mind!
Then there is Ladybug. If you have been doing Total, then you could move on to Ladybug. That also has a floor workout too. But then you would need to have done Hit the Floor for a while.
Floor workouts---Hit the Floor, Critter Crunch, Critter Crunch 2.
I guess it depends on what you are looking for. A stepping routine, slowing things down a little (More or Total Super Slow), a floor routine. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose but I understand that you want to do the most or best for what you may be looking to spend. You can call the office and talk to someone there. They will be able to help you decide. Good Luck!!

We have had three of the hottest days ever, 104 degrees, and I'm happy to report that the heat just did not bother me. I also didn't have any swelling in my legs, which is a mega bonus. I think T-Tapp is turning me into person that likes summer!

Massive update: I officially dropped one clothing size. I'm very excited about this but am still focusing on developing gorgeous gams. I'm waiting for my skin brushing and Tempo to be delivered and can not wait to get started on the brushing. I feel that my body is finally starting to take a new shape and releasing some fat. I mentioned in a previous post that our heat wave just didn't bother me the way it used to and I'm not retaining water in my legs either. I think these two things alone are the most exciting to me! For some reason, my before photos were removed from my profile. When I do some new ones in ten weeks I will repost those beginning pics along with the new ones.

You'll love the brushing! I feel amazing after - tingly and alive.
Very cool about the size drop!
I know you've already gotten suggestions but I just wanted to second the LadyBug one. I've had it for ages but just pulled it out a few weeks ago and am really loving it. The plies alone are so intense - like plies and TTapp arms all in one move - and it really wakes up your lats.
I've been Tapping since 2009 and always have great results, but in 2012 I found a way to make it a part of my daily life! Have been Tapping regularly - with a very modest schedule but CONSISTENTLY! - since the spring 2012 Challenge and am loving it.

I've been paying attention to what I really want lately when it comes to food. The battle of night time munchies due to exhaustion, boredom, frustration, excitement, or just feeling like I deserve to snack has gotten so much more under control. I've found out that many times when I'm so tempted to munch that I'm really just tired, so I've made a deal with myself. I just go to bed and if I'm truly hungry, after waiting for 1/2 hour, I can get up and get a snack. Most of the time I fall asleep and truly figure that it is the sleep I needed. Yesterday at work one of the girls was talking about how she just could not eat healthy. Before I knew what would fly out of my mouth, I found myself saying out loud, "Yes, you can!"
