Foot/Leg Pain Identification & Help
A friend writes this on my local forum. Thoughts or suggestions for help? This doesn't sound like a typical case of plantar fasciatis, right?
If I remember correctly, this woman is aware of T-Tapp and might own some videos. Not sure if she is doing them or not...a little far from the area when I am doing training classes, or she would probably be there, so any specific tips would be appreciated, I'm sure. (I know the whole finger and foot fitness DVD in general could be a suggestion, but it would be nice to know if someone else has experienced this type of pain or could id it or mention specific moves that might help this condition.)
I’m not sure what is happening. I was walking this afternoon and I started getting stabbing pain in my foot (top of foot and near the arch) shooting up my leg to about my knee. It’s not in my calf muscle, more along the top and inside of my leg. It doesn’t feel like a cramp or Charlie horse, more like a knife running up it. I can walk a little, but after a while the pain comes back and I can’t step down on it at all. Could this just be a pinched nerve or something else needing observation?
