    Default Quick bootcamp question

Well, I am 3 days into my TWO bootcamp.
My plan was to do a 4 day bootcamp, but I realized that I am camping next weekend with my girl scouts and I need to rearrange the bootcamp so I have next Saturday as a rest day.

If I decide to go to a 7 day bootcamp, is it okay to make day 5 a BWO+ instead of TWO? On Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday I have to break up the workout anyway to have time to complete it (I do BWO at work on a break and then instructional 2 at home at night). If I just did BWO and added hoedowns on day 5 will that work? Or do I need to stay with the TWO?

I *think* it would be okay, but I am wondering from any experienced tappers what they think.

    Started TWO bootcamp (7day 5/20) EOD 7/26
Goal: to tone up,lose the flab and a bonus would be to fit two sizes less.

Hi Nance, everything after day 4 is a plus so do not stress on this too much. You need only 4 days (yay, you are almost done) to establish that neurokinetic flow and if you don';t want to take a break, BWO+ is just fine. Doing TWo several days in a row is a great achievement anyway Congrats on your hard work!

After 4 straight days, you can skip 1 day if you want to continue on with more day. Of course you can do BWO+ on your skip day, but that is not going to count as Day 5. There is no need to push magic number as Day 5 is better than Day 4. It is the post bootcamp consistency and the proper form and maximum activation after these bootcamps that will help us lose.

4 Day bootcamps creates the NK flow already.
