Question question on bootcamps and getting several sizes down

    Hello All,
I am on day 8 of my first 14 day boot camp using the BWO plus. Currently, I am a size 28. I would like to T-Tapp my way down to a size 12-14. My understanding of bootcamps is that I do 14 days in a row, than 6 weeks of every other day.

Assumming that I would get a full 3 sizes down during the first bootcamp, that would only get me to a size 24. So, do I then do another boot camp (14 days of BWO +, then 6 weeks every other day) or would it be better at that point to just workout 5 days a week? Or is there a better way yet to accomplish my goal?

Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

I am also going to ask you to look at this thread.
    http://forum.t-tapp.com/showthread.p...ing-a-bootcamp

I posted here because my weight is going up during the boot camp. Weighed myself today and my weight is up about 13 lbs since starting bootcamp. In the above thread, it was suggested that I should not complete the full 14 days due to the weight gain. So, right now I am a little confussed as to what to do. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Hi Dolly,

Just focus on being consistent. If you can do all eight reps of the Inst 1, then you can do this every day (take one day off a week to rest if needed) Weight can go up from water retention, or muscle swelling. Focus on eliminating sugar, processed foods and salt for now. I also would not weigh or measure for one month, it tends to create havoc on our emotions.
