Default Feel Like I Need More

I've been doing the 15 minute basic T-Tapp video but I've reach a point where I feel it isn't enough. Is this maybe because I'm not holding my body positions correctly? Or maybe it is time to add something more?

I was interested in the Ladybug target video. Would this be something to add?

    Hi and Welcome, Gypsybee!

First of all, do you hae any adrenal fatigue and/or thyroid problems? How long did you stay on the Instructionals? Trainers reccomend at least a week for each Instructional and still, TTappers should revisit them a few times a year. The Instructionals were all that Ttappers had in the very begining, so don't skimp on them!

Okay, so if you have spent time on the Nst. and are perfectly healthy, I would move on to the Total Workout. The Total Workout is BWO with a whoe lot more moves to make the workout a 45 minute workout. It really is a toughie! LOL!

Your schedule ould look like this: Mon.-TWO (Total), Tue-BWO+, Wed-Fab Four (PBS, Reach Scoops, TApp Twist, and HoeDowns), Thur- TWO, Fri-BWO+, Sat- Fab Four or just a PBS

If your body is telling you it needs a day off, please listen it. You can send your body into overtraining and you'll crash....so listen to it!

    HTH!

When you feel the workout is easier to do, it is time to kick it up a notch. It does not always mean you add a workout, but of course you can, I just don't think add a target pop will be better than adding a real workout that Teresa will give warmup and progressive more difficult move, then a grand finale of butt kicking killer moves. In general, a floor workout is good, HTF combo will be the one. Hit the Floor Softer is like a instructional, and Hit the Floor is the Floor version of basic workout.

Ladybug needs quite a bit of warming up, you are actually better off getting the whole Ladybug workout and slowly work toward the grand finale. I did not hear you mentioning the Total workout, that is normally where we progress to before anything else, and you will need to be familiar with the Total workout (Instructional 2 for at least 2 weeks) for the Ladybug Standing portion.

You area of concern will drive which workout is better for you. If you are not menopausal with the ladybug problem, then Hit the Floor series, Tempo Lower Body or Targe Pop 3 (AL, PT, DD) will be better. If you are going to get Target Pop 3, you might as well get Tempo Lower Body. Still you need to progress thru Total before Tempo.

So, for now, my suggestion will be go back to Instructional or get Teresa's book for a week, go move by move and see what else you need to add to your workout. You might be activating 5 muscles now, but you can add 2-3 more muscles that you are not activating right now, and then, your workout kicks up a few notches. If you have the Total package, you will have the Instructional 2 (Total) to add to your basic, you can add one move a week or a month. Tempo BWO+ are normally included in the Total, that definitely kicks the BWO+ to another 2 notches.

Basic first, then Total, then the Tempo Series (and add Hit the Floor). Ladybug is advance, if you are getting Ladybug DVD, you need to add Total Superslow for the standing and Critter Crunch Floor to learn the Ladybug workout.

I think it is because you need to deepen your muscle activation. If you are interested in a 30 minute Skype session with me, I will give you a discount. EMail me at michelle@t-tapp.com I guarantee it won't be easy after that LOL

I emailed Michelle. Thank you for this tips. Looking at the DVDs can be quite overwhelming and I'm not sure what I need to do next. Right now the 15 minute Basic is working for me but I'd like more. I do have the Total DVD set and probably should add it to my routine at least once a week.

Plus, I do the arm exercises to get rid of the "hello goodbye" fat at the bottom of my arm. I'm trying to whittle my waist-line so I actually look like I have a waist. My target areas are: "jiggly" arms, waist, my saggy tummy. I have lost 20 pounds this month and have been doing the 15 minute DVD every other day.

Gypsy, you are in for a treat, you will not need any workout other than Basic and Total for a long time if you have a trainer coaching you.

You might want to add a floor workout in 4-6 months, but there is no need to even worry about it now, just focus on what you have already on hand.

You might want to add skin brushing, that should be added ASAP (get both the CRT system, you will have a skin brush, a DVD with AL & DD, a bottle of alfalfa and fibertox, add a face brush). The AL & DD are effective floor moves...

Add one move a week, you need to learn each move slowly and well to get more bangs for your bucks.
