T-Tapping on and off since 06/09 with Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroidism
Lost 24.25 inches from 4/8/12 to 6/10/12, meeting all my inch loss goals for the 60-Day Challenge
My next goal is to keep the inches off for a year and tighten my "mummy tummy" even more
