Just take it slow...like Ayj said... Doing just PBS for a few days will help you to start making that mind to body connection. Your body will thank you and it WILL respond! With the Lyme it will be best not to over do. That will bring too much stress and will be counterproductive. MORE is the very best DVD/workout! There are so many options. And as your body gains strength, the workout, itself, will become even more challenging. Being on the forum is so helpful for that encouragement and support that we all need.
