Hello everyone,
I am on day 4 of a 15 day boot camp. It is my first one. I am also trying to eat intuatively with whole foods and limited carbs. I was certain from all that I was doing my weight should have gone down (or not gone up). I weighed myself this week and I am up almost 10lbs. I literally can't imagine what I am doing to cause this to happen. So, I was wondering if this could be normal when doing a boot camp? (It is too soon to measure so I can't say I have lost any inches. And, my clothing are fitting the same.)
Also, any adive you could offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Make sure you are eating good quality protein and good fats along with as many veggies as you can eat. Oh, don't forget your water too.
