Once you decide to try one of the Chair workouts, I would recommend that you don't push in your feet too much. I expect that that will tire your legs/thighs out very quickly. That will be something that you can work up to. Just take it slow. Only do what you can and stop as soon as you are getting tired. Do that much each time and then slowly increase your time...just like standing in KLT. We take a Vit D liquid drops. Maybe that is something that you could asorb a little more easily?
