I just wanted to say thanks again for all this info. Thanks, Trisch, for posting that old thread on VitD. It's so funny because my primary doc found my VitD deficiency. But this winter/spring, I've been feeling "off," "blah," etc. And I asked about the results of VitD deficiency. And she's like, "Oh, nothing much, but when you get older, it may cause osteoporosis. So, it's a good idea to get enough now." After reading here, though, I can see some direct links between the VitD deficiency and my recent issues!
