Thread: Ready to Get Tapping - Advice Welcome!

Default Ready to Get Tapping - Advice Welcome!

I bought the Total Workout and T-Tapp More last year and swiftly found out I was pregnant. I did MORE for a little while but It was a difficult pregnancy in many ways and my 7th blessing was born at the beginning of January with several major medical issues (Spina Bifida, hydrocephalus, Charii II Brain Malformation, and bilateral Clubfeet). We're settling into a new normal here and I'm finally ready to get Tapping.

So what's your advice? Where do I start with my two DVDs?

    Other general info about me:
This pregnancy was my first with a c-section (for the baby's health needs). I've recovered well but have lots of inches and weight to lose that has collected over 10 pregnancies in 11 years (I've had 3 ending in miscarriage). I'm 5'5" and at my lowest in years 188 lbs.

    We homeschool and love it!

    We're in Ohio.

Welcome Tristan and Hugs to you for all you do!

MORE. Absolutely!!! MORE is such a fabulous workout! For those days when you have plenty of time (HA!) you can do the entire instructional. Or you can just start and go as far as you can... But those days when you barely have time to breath, there are plenty of shorter workouts that are just as powerful. CHAIR can even be fun with all the other kids and makes a great homeschool PE break!

Good luck and be sure to stop by often! (You might check out some additional threads: "This is the MAY thread" (the premier "Mom" thread) and the "6 week challenge - week 1" thread. It's NEVER too late to join us!)

Welcome, Tristan! I agree with Cbuffy. MORE has so much that you could keep busy with that for a good long time. It is so versatile that you'll be able to do "something" T-Tapp wise no matter how your day (or week) is going.
