Waywards to lifers, Week 5 of the Challenge... Check in please...
Okay Ladies,
We will hit the halfway mark on Thursday, so how are you doing overall.
Myself - I've hit my goal of doing at LEAST a short workout at least 6 out of 7 days a week. I've been rotating various flavors of basic, floor, and step away.
I'll measure on Saturday morning for my halfwayish measurement.
This weeks goals:
Today - SITTM thru step lifts (basically right at 30min)
Wed - Basic of some variety
Thurs - Tempo lower body floor
Fri - Basic of some variety
Sat - SITTM thru step lifts
Sun - i'd like to give total workout a whirl, and see how my stamina holds up.
Brush daily, alfalfa daily, and blow your buns oil daily.
I'll try to get a magnesium oil foot soak at least once, too.

I haven't checked in for quite a while, but I haven't fallen off the wagon!
Life got too busy for posting here - a close friend of the family passed away, then I went to my 20th college reunion out of town and my dad had surgery yesterday.
I took several days off while I was out of town and ate and drank more than I should have and I could really feel it this week. On the other hand, I did a long workout yesterday - all of Ladybug Standing! So maybe the rest was good for me - I felt stronger and able to hold the tuck and lift ribs much better. I will take measurements tonight since we're at the 30 day mark and fingers crossed I will have lost at least a few inches!
Good luck to everyone else!

Hi Everyone,
Quick note...I'm still on track too! Water, alfalfa, brushing, and workouts. Mostly LB standing, AL and walking. Keep it up!

4 inches lost since 5/25 for a total of 10.875 since the beginning of the challenge. Wish it was more but happy to be losing!

I'm still here too. I am plugging along doing BWO+ most days, plus AL, DD, and OIP/HF when I can. Brushing a couple times a week. I need to remember to take my alfalfa and try to get in more baths (haha), but overall I feel like I am doing something.
My inch loss of 9 in, then one more to make 10, says it is 9 again as apparently I gained an inch in the past 10 days (boo!), but when I look at the numbers and see that I lost 2.5 inches off my waist, one off of my ribs, one each off of each of my lower thighs, and one each off of my lower calves, and some off my hips, I know I am going in the right direction. For some reason, the tape recorded a 2 inch gain on my abdomen, but I am not sure if I am going through a fat shift as things get tighter and higher or if I am measuring odd. I sincerely hope I am not exercising wrong and adding inches to my tummy area.
I am glad I saw this thread back up. I am not feeling super motivated today. I might try to break completely from BWO+ and do Tempo Lower Body floor or SATI or something today.

Hello to all Wayward Lifers!
What a great title for a series of threads. Made me smile. Hello Joy, nice to see you again. Hello Sherry, nice to see you again and what fun reading back through these threads to the initial one and "hearing" from each tapper. I started posting here first in 2001.
I'm a Lifer who's never gone completely along the Wayward path, and Push Play on a T-Tapp video every week at the minimum, PG spray when I can remember! Also never, never neglect brushing, do take Alfalfa. But I became unable to get back here and post during so much eldercare, which was a big part of what I found myself chatting about most when I was last here.
My problem has become that I am SPORADIC. Some of this can't be helped because of the way life is in a household with members from childhood to mid-nineties, and a lot of caregiving along the way. But I could make it more of a priority. In February, I really got on a spurt and logged more than 10 hours of T-Tapp, mostly 55-minute Total. But I got haphazard again. April I revved up again to 6 hours in that month.
One thing that happens to me is that I start trying to focus on diet, and I don't seem to be able to focus on diet and exercise at the same time! I guess I am not the multi-tasker I think I am!
Anyway, wonderful to chat, please forgive that I've only mentioned the thread starting tappers I noticed, because I do see so many happy handles/avatars of bright tapper friends saying smart stuff! Know you've inspired me to be CONSISTENT. I posted in the "By Father's Day" thread, too, since ya gotta love a one-month plan, and the husband here is a sweetie who has to take a back seat too often.
