I do agree with the others as far as---once your new DVDs come in---spend a slow couple of weeks on the Instructionals. It won't hurt at all and it may even help with further healing and increasing your stamina. EVERY move of T-Tapp---even those done slowly and just a few at a time---is doing something in our body.
You mentioned that LONG workout. I agree!!
So break it up--Do BWO+ one day. The next do PBS and then Lunges to Runners Stretch or Airplanes (I can only get to Airplanes), and then PBS, start from where you left off and continue to the end. You could take a day off in between doing just one or two moves...like PBS and HD, or PBS, Reach Scoops, and TTT.
One other thought is use the book on your off days (always start with PBS even if it's just the first part before clasping arms behind back) and slowly work your way through the book doing one move a day. You have the opportunity to really focus on each move, muscle activation, better form.
I think that every person will continue to improve their form no matter how long they do T-Tapp. No one's form is ever perfect. One reason why I love T-Tapp so much!
Always improving, always learning.
