I am happy to say that since I have been working out more consistantly I have found relief most of the time. Every once in a while it still bothers me but not like it was before!!!!

I'm so glad. I think I can safely do the warm up part of BWO+ again and can hardly wait! Nothing but nothing makes my knees and hips feel as good as Teresa's warm ups.

I didn't look at the recommended exercises, but one that helped me with that in last prey was doing a cat stretch and while rounding your back, slowly walk your hands as far as you can to one side, then hold the stretch to a count of 12. Then, slowly walk your hands to the other side and repeat. Feels so good!
