Gergana, dear, I am with you here. I loved working with Michelle a lot (she is very special to me in so many ways) and have now started working with Renee. Different trainers, different ways and we cannot but benefit from both.

I call Renee the Muscle Activation Queen - we did like 4 moves (with less reps!) only and it took us full 45 minutes and oh my! I feel even the non-existent muscles being sore Pleasantly sore, though.

I am not yet ready for TWO and I just want to go with ALL the moves with Renee and then I know I am ready for ANYTHING.

If there is no trainer around go for the Skype session. You will never ever regret the money and time spent. Awesome! (is there any better word than that?)

Tamara, I know so well what you are talking about! Thanks for sharing! Now my first goal is to become Muscle activation princess I cannot reach Renee, no no, but I can learn as much as possible and try to implement that in my routine.
