I just wanted to post that I had a great time at the clinic on Saturday and I'm still sore - but it's all good! The class was just awesome, as I expected. It was great to see the "regulars" and 3 new people who saw the PBS show! And thank you Trisch for sharing your story. It definitely gave me some things to consider. I never think about my emotions as being an issue when it comes to my weight and my overall health and I know that they definitely are. One more thing to work on!

I agree, Carrie. I've known Trisch's story for quite a while but it was neat to hear it all put together in the way she did. It was really great to get to meet you all! Can't wait for our "gatherings" now and again!
