I started T-Tapp BWO and CRT last Thursday for the very first time. I wasn't even sure I was doing either of them right. I have lost 9.25 inches!! 2.5 inches of that was just off my waist! I'm sure I need to work on my form some because I lost nothing in the hips (but lost a total of 2.75 in my thighs! ) but nothing in my arms or calves (eh.. I guess it will come). I have to say... with my thyroid issues, I wasn't expecting this great a loss! I hope I continue to see more inches gone for good. On to week 2 bootcamp!
