Started T-Tapp in July 2010 after searching for a good strengthening/stretching/flexibility workout. I think I found it!

    Thank you so much, everyone.

He tanked up so well during the night and is learning to open his mouth wider to latch well. The Massage Therapist at Pullman Hosp. gave both of us a wonderful massage and his jaw was a little tight so she really helped us both so much.

He is a sweet little heart so much like his oldest brother and we are in LOVE.

Wish I could introduce all of you in person . Kayla will be able to meet him I'm sure and I'm sure he feels your love and good interests as well. I know I do and appreciate it so much.

    Pamela,

The only regret I have is not having enough pictures and video of the little ones. Take more and take often.

Congradulations, Pamela. So happy for you and your family.

I am 59 and stronger than I have ever been and more than ready for this next stage of life. I plan on keeping my muscle strength, bone strength and flexibility through t-tapp way into my 90's. Think of all the fun I am going to have the next 30 years!!
