Welcome Bunny!
Yep---the Primary Back Stretch is the FIRST move of every workout DVD. You can't miss it. It's the one where your thumbs are in your backside and you hinge over into a flat back. Then you straighten one leg, while keeping hips straight. Straighten the other leg. Do that twice. Then hands on knees and you curl and then scoop out your back. Once you've done those moves twice (hinging over and the scooping), then there is the 2nd part of Primary Back Stretch. Which is where your hands are clasped behind your back and you are rolling your head, tilting and then looking to the side ending with hands near ankles and you are rocking your head and then rolling up. Does all this sound familiar?
