    Kim,
I think you've done great! At least you haven't gained anything! When I get frustrated with slow progress I try to eat clean, take alfalfa, and most important--measure less often! : )

    Good wishes always,
    Linda

I second the measure less often idea. I've gone down to once a month or every few months. I'd rather put progress on how much better I feel.

Kim, I agree with Nanci and Linda! In fact, I've realised that when I measure more, I stress more and guess what stress does....? Increase the storage of belly fat!

Thank you for the encouragement. And you are right, since I have not been eating well I am glad I did not gain. A few years ago I lost almost all the weight I'd hoped to running and eating well and some sporadic T-Tapping .... but an injury set me back from running, and I got lazy with the eating, and eventually gave up on everything ... which is what put me back here where I started over, heavier than I'd been before. It's hard, though, to try to read the "T-Tapp works!" threads and not want to be one of the *amazing* people who lose 12" in their first two weeks, or whatever. I KNOW that being a tortoise is good in the long run, but it's hard to keep on plodding! But I'm hanging in there, I won't give up!

Mom to 7 lovely children from preschool to high school

Re-starting AGAIN (again, again, again, AGAIN 1/20/2013) with the start of the contest.

I'm pretty much starting OVER inch loss wise but I'll keep starting over as many times as I need to.
