I just discovered this part of the forum. I am not sure if I still belong here. My youngest (7th) is 11 months old and is still nursing 4-5 times a day. I have started t-tapp about a month ago and the inch loss is very slow. Somebody told me it would be because I am still nursing. So I thought I would see if I could glean some wisdom from those of you nursing and tapping at the same time - if there are those in this thread. BTW, I am 41 and my children are 19,16,14,12,9,4 and 11 months.

Natalija--you are MORE than welcome here!! Some of us---like me---don't have any little ones any more but we are STILL Mommies and we are T-Tapping. In my case, my oldest daughter and her family are living with us right now so we have a toddler and a newborn in the house again. A nursing momma who is also T-Tapping.

Hi everyone!! Finalizing more plans for Trisch and her family's visit. Menu planning--done! Shopping--half done. Division of chores--planning today. Sleep arrangements--almost done. Housecleaning--3/4 done. Add to that I had to add empty chest freezer and defrost it as my dh and boys will be going to the slaughterhouse to wrap our 1/2 a cow and bringing it home on Friday. Don't want that to interfere with my visit so I'll get it done today or tomorrow! Make bread. Make more bone broth.

Thanks Joni for keeping us on track every month!!

Taryl, like Trisch and Jennifer said, you are very welcome! My youngest is 6 and still hang around cause we have become good friends. (Warning...we do tend to talk goat a little... )

Joni, Sending good thoughts and prayers for your appointment today!! You are right...the goat births take their tole on me...even when they go well. All of the up and down to help them and assisting leave me a very sore person at the end of the day. I nearly feel like I gave birth myself and should be tucked into bed with the next few meals delivered! It is one of the reasons I'm a little nervous that my husband is now dead set against having a buck on our property. I just KNOW that means we'll be having many more than two due at a time next year and that will be a lot for me to physically deal with.

A few pics for those not on facebook. I'm sorry but I haven't figured out how to turn the pictures on this program!!!

Hi all! I'm Steph, mom to 2 boys, ages 4 and just-turned-1. I lurked a little in last month's thread and thought I would introduce myself. Loving the goat talk. We want to start a hobby farm one day and I've always been very strongly against goats, preferring Icelandic sheep and Dexter cows for milk and meat. However, you ladies may win me over to the dark side yet!

Trisch and Jennifer, Yes, I am positive that it is the same friend. I love seeing how small the world is!

I don't have the kids yet. Her parents flew in for a few days, and they have another friend here for a week or so. So, I am going to be here when the others are gone to help. She is stable and they did stop labor, praise God. She is actually not 24 weeks until Thursday....

    Misty, Happily married Momma to 6 precious kids, Rosy - 8, Grace - 7, Lizzie - 5, Andy - 4, Rebekah 2 months, and Ruthie - 6 months.

Natalija & Steph - Welcome, jump on in!

My youngest is about to turn 6 (DD) & my son is 9. I don't have goats, and don't have any desire to have goats or any farm animals. They are SO sweet and let me visit anyway. :-) I did own chickens once, so I guess that counts for something. lol

Trisch & Jennifer - Have a blast!!! I'm excited for you two.

Hi Misty - praying for your friend.

Joni - Praying for you! Let us know what the doc says.

Rose - I'm mad at you....you have me sucking down the coconut cream. I can't figure out how to whip it yet. I tried the other day and it was a delicious bust that the kids loved. That stuff is good just poured over berries.

    I'm off! Wendy
