Let's Do Hoe Downs (May)
New month starts tomorrow. I must admit that I did not do very well in April, and I had a hard time keeping track of things so I'm not really sure how many I did. Maybe 6 or 8. But I'm not quitting. I think I need to cut my number back again. I thought I was on a roll and could manage two a day, but I fizzled out. Congratulations on those who met their goal, and those who just kept trying and did their best! For those who want to join the challenge in May, here's what to do...
Copy the list and add your name and how many HDs you will try to do in the month of May. (try to insert your name in alphabetical order, but if not we can move it). Then when you complete some HDs, come back to the thread, copy the last post, paste it into a new window and change your numbers. You can post daily, weekly, multiple times a day, whatever works for you.
ONE Hoe Down is: right side (4,4,4,4,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,) then the left side (4,4,4,4,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,).

Hi - My name is Stephanie and I'm new to T-Tapp and just "discovered" it a few months ago. I'm an average to lose (but very slow loser) and was so inspired that I signed up for the 60 Day challenge. I'm doing the BWO+ but would like to add more HD to my day and this sounds perfect!
I'd like to do two sets a day. Once in the morning and again after lunch so I'm aiming for 60 in the month.

Just a question. When you do HD as part of your workout (like BWO+ or any other), do you record it also here or is this only for additional HD? I aimed too high last month and didn't even come close, so I am goin only for 30 this month.
