    Hello Everyone!

    Here we are starting week 6 !!!! Congratulations to everyone who is sticking to their workouts and getting them posted! Stop right now and give yourself a pat on the back!!!!

    \/ You deserve it!

    So... how did we do?

    Are we getting our workouts in?
    Taking your supplements?
    Drinking your water?
    Skin brushing???
    Eating healthier???
    Taking Salt baths?
    Completing a personal goal???


    If you hit all of your goals, wonderful! If not, you now KNOW what needs to be done !

    Time to get to it!

    Good evening!

    Healthy eating is going fine, though last week was essentially a TTap break/rest period thanks to lots of busy things going on. No news is good news and my big hurrah is that I am finding myself adopting TTap stance and habits throughout daily life, without thinking about it. Yay!

    Default The start of a new week a new life!

    Hello ,
    The start of a new week. I am excited to see what being consistent with T-tapp has done in my body and I feel stronger then ever. I had no idea when I started in July of this year what a blessing T-tapp would be in my life. Time for workout today I am going to do Tempo Arms and HTFS with some cardio later of broom.

    I am looking forward to my trip to Orlando to visit with my blood family and T-tappers for the all day T-tapp clinic on Saturday! Geez life is good when we make the right choices and be consistent!

    Change in my plans - done today first 35 minutes from MME, which is BWO until BALANCE (included). Sometimes having so many DVD's really is confusing. I think it is considered as a full workout, however I feel like adding STATI this afternoon, but I am afraid of over doing.
    I can't believe seeing such a high motivation to work out in myself. I used to force myself to do it because it was a "must".

    Nutrin, I found that if we improve our forms, there is some more internal healing to our body even if we cannot see. I think that is why we keep going.

    Good Mornin'!

    Last wek was my first TOM in like 4 months so it came "fast and furious". I only worked out 2x......I was just to tired and unmotivated. Ugh. Last week was not a good week in terms of working out.

    This week though, I am just going into survival mode because we are leaving for our long 6 week trip out East on Friday or Saturday. We have so much to pack still in our RV. It will be a busy week for sure!

    Abbie and Sonya, have a nice trip. Ribs up during the trip!

    I did instructional 1 last night, I am not sore from Sat at all, weird, but I will take it.

    I am going to do Tempo Arms and some floor for these few weeks as support to another thread.

    I just got BROOM in the mail this morning!! So guess what my workout will be today?!?! Which workout should I start out with....there are so many options I'm confused.

    Today I did PBS, OIP and the video clips from the green smoothie challenge. I definitely feel it more in my arms! Dh is improving. He is taking one additional day off work, I am thankful he consented to that much.
