    Crystal,

I hope tomorrow is PBS + SATI for you. You have a long day today, then tomorrow needs to be a short day, otherwise, you are flirting with inflammation and swelling soon.

If this week's EOD long and short is not too much, you don't need a nap, and you are not getting sick, you can try a Tempo Arms bootcamp for 4-5 days next week.

Don't crash and burn, that is the primary reason for not being consistent with T-Tapp.

    Crystal,

So what have you done today? 4-5 days is okay, you still need to do a short day after a long day, don't over exercise. Over-exercise will get you sick very easy.

You can just do 4-5 short workouts one (20 mins a day), or long short long short long, or long nothing long nothing long.

Ayj, I did SATI and the 15 minute BROOM yesterday. Today, the plan is LBBWO.

When we "talked" earlier, my plan was:

Days 1,3,5 - Tempo Arms and 15 minutes of CCF
Days 2,4,6 - LBBWO and SATI
    Day 7 - off

I have been really tired mid-late afternoon the last couple of days. Like I want to take a nap. So, I am toning it down a bit. Today is just LBBWO. Tomorrow will be SATI and some of CCF. Not certain I can get a workout in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. So, today and tomorrow may be it, until Monday. Not certain what I will do next week. Any suggestions? Want to get the most bang for my buck. The event is May 18-20.

I like to see this week as:

Days 1,3 - Tempo Arms and 15 minutes of CCF
Days 2,4, - LBBWO OR SATI
    Day 5-7 - off
    Skin Brushing Twice a day

    Next Week

Day 1-4: Tempo Arms + SATI
Day 5-6: LBBWO OR SATI or Rest
    Day 7 - Off
    Skin Brushing Twice a day

    Event Week

    Days 1,3 - LBBWO+ and 15-30 minutes of CCF
Days 2,4 - SATI once or Twice
    Skin Brushing Twice a day

Abbie, I know, right? She is a drill sergeant!!! :-) jk

Ayj, do you mean that on days 2 and 4 of the event week I should do SATI twice in one day? Or just once or twice within those two days? KWIM?

    Crystal, just answered your pm.

I really means by minimum once SATI on Day 2 and and once on Day 4, and the maximum of 2 SATI (at different times) on Day 2 and Day 4. Walking the SATI way with the kids or the dog will count.

In case you swell from the Tempo Arms bootcamp, I will like all your swelling goes away with lymphatic pumping. Sometimes we are not hanging to fat, it is the swelling from whatever inflammation and toxins did not go away.

Make sure you drink a lot of water (16 oz before and after the workout, and sip water whenever Teresa gives you that break). Eat well (less bad carb), a lot of sleep, skin brushing. You will look fabulous just with better skin and the healthy glow.

Don't get stress out, you can always buy a shape wear from the store a day or 2 before the event as a safety net, but you cannot fake healthy glowing and tight skin.

Did Tempo Arms and SATI today, after three days off. Plan to do the same for the next three days, then SATI for two days. I'll tell you, the mirror is my friend when it comes to checking form. It is amazing how many times during the workout I correct my form because I can SEE what I am doing.
