That is great, Crystal, that you are staying consistent! And the mirror *is* your friend, at least when you're doing TTapp! LOL!

Great job! After the event, do a video record of yourself you will see even more... Don't agonize over that now, do it in 2 weeks, you will have lots of opportunities to perfect even more.

Do listen to your body, if the combo to Tempo Arms and SATI is too much, then just Tempo Arms + 10 mins of stepping will be enough. I just got done with Tempo Arms, I will not do SATI, but I will just do another set of PBS and T-Tapp Twist. I am trying to get better on PBS and TTT this week.

Thanks for all of the encouraging words! I am so excited to see the effects of consistency!!!

ajy, I did Tempo Arms and SATI, back to back, yesterday. Today, I did them separately. Like 9 hours apart. That was more doable. I am also doing AL, morning and night and a little bit of PBS everyday. I am feeling really good with lots of energy!!

Thanks for the idea of videoing my workout. Will do that in a couple of weeks.

Crystal, good job in getting the workout in. Just make sure you listen to your body, Day 3 is the worse. I ate dinner, so I am going to start Tempo Arms now, need to work off the curry chicken alfredo rigatoni and cheesecake.

Did SATI this morning. It is now mid afternoon and I don't think I have it in me to do Tempo Arms. I feel sluggish and sleepy and like I am walking through molasses. Of course, I didn't sleep well last night due to waking up from tummy issues due to the huge plate of purple sprouted broccoli that I ate a few hours before. (At least I am cleaned out now!) Anyway, gonna try to do both tomorrow, but may only do Tempo Arms.

I do keep asking myself if I should just push through it and do Tempo Arms. I'll give it a couple more hours to lift. If it doesn't, I am done for the day.

Crystal, if you are still not feeling well tomorrow, you can rest, or maybe do PBS and 10 mins of SATI to just pump the lymph.

Did Tempo Arms, but I did not add more moves today.

I ended up doing Tempo Arms through the BWO part. No arms sequence. Feeling pretty energetic this morning, so far.

Ayj, how are you keeping up with the "schedule"? I just did one SATI, yesterday. I think I will do the same today, even though the "schedule" says LBBWO and 30 minutes of CCF. I have been doing A LOT of yard work this week and I am SORE. I think I will finish today and tomorrow with only SATI workouts. I will be gone to the "event" over the weekend and will be ready to workout again next Wednesday. Where do you suggest I go from here with workouts?

    Hi Crystal,

I did the Tempo Arms Bootcamp for 4 days, then I rest 1 day and did the Mind and Body BWO+ for a day.

This week, I was kind of busy and very tired from long commutes, so I am going to do Mind and Body BWO+, then some PBS and TTT most days.

Crystal, what are all your workouts? I will like you to get activated with floor work. I still remember your not feeling much with CCF. What is your body type and where are the problem areas? What are your least favorite standing and floor moves?
