I didn't "feel" anything in my abs for a year and a half! I went to my max and did the best I could, just like everyone should.
And yes, Heather did a LOT!! But maybe you can get some ideas and adapt to your own schedule and strength.

Thanks, for the suggestion, but wouldn't be able to make it tomorrow. It is 5 hours away.
I don't think that I could afford to spend 3-4 hours a day. Too busy with family. I did just do Tempo Arms and the first 15-20 minutes of CC. Feel good.
And to answer your question about BWO and SATI: I was alternating them EOD, meaning I would do one one day and the other the next day.

Crystal,
You are basically on short workout 6 days a week, I think Tempo Arms + 15-20 mins of CCF is a blitz for you already. You are doing 3-4 times of you regular load, so be careful and listen to your body.
If you need a nap, take that nap, but do only 15-20 mins of workout that day if you really need to workout, however there is no shame in listening to your body and rest (means no workout). In general SATI is safe to do and can help eliminate water retention and lactic acids from the workout the day before, so it is a good rest day workout.
Barefoot BWO+ gives you the max muscles activation, if you get bored with Tempo Arms and Ladybug BWO+, you can rotate with Barefoot BWO+. If there is a day you want a really good lats training, do the Broom. Pay attention to the straight spine using lats while butt is tucked, especially when there is a side view of Teresa, try to copy that (use a mirror is very important).
I am doing a floor week, if you want to compare forms, just holler. CCF really activated my lower abs and my groin (hip joints). If you don't feel anything, then I think you will need to do a bootcamp of CCF (eventually when you have time). I learn with repetition, I learn better when I do a bootcamp. I think I am activated after 6 days of CCF. The muscles activated in CCF is more crucial to the move in the second half of Total. So, if you are not doing Total, maybe you do not see why you need it. You can do Thread the Needles and HD really well after the groins are prepped by CCF.
There is no need to learn new things these 3 weeks, as it might add more stress. TTN and groins will be something fun to learn after the event week.

I think that I am going to alternate Tempo Arms/CCF for 15-20 minutes with SATI/Ladybug BWO, 5-6 days a week. If I get bored with that, I may switch in different BWOs for LBBWO and switch in Broom for Tempo Arms. (I remembered that I also own BWO Tempo, so that means I have 4 BWOs. 5, if you count Inst 1) I really felt the CCF in my hip joints. I expected to be sore in the hips this morning, but I'm not. If I have time, I will go farther in CCF on some days.
So this is what it would look like:
Days 1,3,5 - Tempo Arms (or Broom) and CCF (at least 15 minutes)
Days 2,4,6 - SATI/Any BWO
If I am getting wiped out with this schedule, I will make certain I take 2 days off a week.
How does that sound? Which order should I do SATI/BWO in? Which should come first? Does it matter?

Crystal,
Your planned schedule looks more sane and definitely a bump up on your regular level of workout.
Make sure you use your lats to curl up and tighten lats and ribs up when you are standing upright when you core is curled (even Teresa does not cue that), that will increase metabolism all by itself. Remember what I said in your other thread. http://forum.t-tapp.com/showthread.p...ht=single+move
It is definitely important to do ribs up and lats tight during regular daily activities including sitting and standing as much as you can, add some shoulder roll and butterfly.
During Tempo Arms, pay attention to your T-Tapp Stance, tuck butt with your lats tight will bring you to another level of fat burning (don't forget a good knee bend and KLT). I have early morning sickness type of nausea when I do Tempo Arms bootcamp, so eat more protein and good fat with your breakfast in your Tempo Arms bootcamp days if you are doing bootcamp.
No flopping arms and no spaghetti arms, tighten the muscles from shoulder to finger tip (but tighten your lats) so that you are not using only the traps and arms. Pull your arms and pull them straight out from the shoulder to finger tips and stretch the finger tips when flat palmed. Keep the good alignment, hands and arms behind the ears and elbow forward, do NOT bend your wrist. Don't point finger tips to the back wall. keep the 180 degrees with the open arms.
I will do your schedule with your next week, seems so much fun.

No problem, I love Tempo Arms, it burns belly fat!!! Nicer arms is definitely a bonus.
3 weeks you say? When is the date? You might want to just doing Stepping (the Broom or SATI) 2-3 days before the event to get rid of inflammation and water retention.
Keep up your skin brushing, it might help if you do twice a day. Drink a lot of water. If you are taking alfalfa, up it for better skin. Don't forget to sleep enough.

The event is May 18-20. Good idea about the stepping. And...I don't take the alfalfa. Not in the budget right now. Would be nice, but that is okay.
Thank you so much!!!! You are a wealth of info! When are you going to become an official trainer?

Just popping on to say, thanks to Ayj's suggestion about CCF for me, personally, I am more able to do TTN without my hips clunking as if two bones are hitting together (not the typical rice crispies--crackle and crunch that we can all have at times). I'm looking forward to reading about YOUR results. Ayj is a wealth of information. And, I agree, she should become a Trainer. :-)
