Tempo Arms, Ladybug BWO+, CCF and every few days do SATI (start with Instructional). How come you do not have Total Superslow? When you want to get more DVD, I highly suggest to add that in.
If you can do 45 mins workout, do Tempo Arms first, then 15 mins from CCF. Next day do SATI. EOD this way for 2-3 weeks would be what I will do for my event.
If you can only do 30 mins workouts, do Tempo Arms for 15 mins then do CCF for 15 mins. You can also alternate Tempo Arms with Ladybug BWO+ (20 mins).
Were you doing BWO+ and SATI on the same day? If yes, you can also switch the BWO+ to the Tempo Arms BWO+ (14 mins) or Ladybug BWO+ (20 mins) follow by SATI (but practice in front of the mirror with the Instructional to check on your tuck). Pay attentions to the forms and the cues.
Watch what you eat, less bad carb, more vegetables, more good fat and more good protein.
Don't do a blitz if your body cannot handle it. I don't think a mini blitz is even right for you. If you work up gradually to do 45-55 mins comfortablely EOD, I will suggest a 4 day Tempo Arms bootcamp in the second week, after you are consistent with the first week EOD schedule.
If you can only do 30-40 mins EOD without needing a nap, then if you fancy a bootcamp, Tempo Arms BWO+ OR Ladybug BWO+ for 4 days.
I am baffled at the not feeling activation with the floor comment, but we don't have time to drill on that right now, let's talk after the event is over about your floor activation.

Have you seen how Heather Petrie prepared for her People magazine photo shoot? http://howheatherlost100.com/ (click on My Model Blitz Plan).
Consistency and really activating muscle will help. Use your lats and lift your ribs. No sloppy, flopping arms.
Let us know how you're doing!

Crystal,
Are you doing BWO+ and SATI together EOD? Can you do Total everyday without crashing?
That 10 day Blitz Heather did, she did either Total or Ladybug (I assume the whole thing) everyday, then she did Critter Crunch Floor once or twice a day.
CCF is 75 mins, if she did it twice after Total, that is 2.5 hour and on top of Total, that is 3.5 hours. If she did Ladybug and CCF once, that is 2 hour and 15 mins for the short day.
She is obviously really strong and she used to do 3-4 hours of exercise at the gym before T-Tapp. Since she is a trainer, she has a lot of exercise on a regular basis.
It is better that you see a trainer to get to your best form instead of doing 3-4 hours of exercise that will make you crash your system.
If it is not too late, you can see if you can go to the Seattle area T-Tapp clinics tomorrow.
