Hi ladies! I just wanted to stop in and say this is probably my last post on the forums. I am just too busy to get into the forums every day. I am still in the challenge, doing BWO+, OIP/HF, AL, HDs, etc. I will be participating in the Facebook group as much as I can, but I see the updates. If you see me on there, please say hello and connect! Still hope to be a part of this group even if I can't post as often as I would like.

Wishing you all the very best. Keep up the good work!

    Warmly,

    See you on fB, Julie!

I (barely) got Basic in today. No plus. AF arrived with a vengeance and i just want to sit in the corner with a book and some ice cream.

For the first time since the Challenge started I was able to do BW+ straight through without water breaks. Yay!

Joy-AF is here for me, too. I can't be super sad about it though since just 3 weeks of consistent Tapping has totally regulated my crazy post-partum/nursing cycle.

I am still on track! Today marks day 21 of consistently doing some kind of T-Tapp move or wo. I decided to try Ladybug BWO+ this morning since I'll be doing Ladybug for Kayla's Inner Circle in May. WOW! That wo is no joke. Good thing I'm planning for the next 2 days to be very light.

T-Tapping on and off since 06/09 with Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroidism

Lost 24.25 inches from 4/8/12 to 6/10/12, meeting all my inch loss goals for the 60-Day Challenge
My next goal is to keep the inches off for a year
and tighten my "mummy tummy" even more

I got my w/o in early today - basic, then i added TTN, Ttapp twist, OIP/HF, ladybugs, crab claws, and awesome legs. Why yes, I am targetting my thighs this week. Tomorrow will be a stepping w/o. Actually might SITTM a shot and see if it kills me.

    April 23-- Nothing.
April 24-- Last 20 mins of PBS video
    April 25-- Instructional 2, brushing
    April 26-- Nothing (SORE!)
April 27-- 20 mins of Broom Walking
April 28-- PBS, 2 sets of HD (Really worked to keep knee up and felt my leg muscles exhaust much more)

I feel like I am slacking off. I feel my lats like I don't ever remember before, and I am doing something most days, which is good. I am going to keep focusing on the positives and work to do more next week. Lydia has a runny nose and Clara a fever. AF came last week. I wish sometimes I could hit pause on my life while I worked on T-Tapp (or other things) rather than the other way around!

Alright girls... I did Tempo Torso through Eye of The Tiger plus my little floor work set (oip/hf , ladybugs, crab claws, and awesome legs). And my hips ache...

I posted that two weeks ago. Measured today and have less than two inches to lose to reach my goal! Those inches are in very specific places - abs, arms, calves, and 1 upper thigh (?!?) but I definitely think I'll meet those goals by the end of the Challenge. I lost 6.5" in the past week, all in places I wanted to lose (if I lose another inch in my bust, I'll go nuts!). Feeling very motivated to stay consistent for the rest of the challenge and looking forward to starting Kayla's Inner Circle on Tuesday!

On track with my workouts today and taking a well-deserved break tomorrow after 2 weeks of the Trim Torso and Awesome Legs Challenges. Only planning on PBS in AM and PM, body brushing, 3-5 Hoe Downs, and a few Butterflies.
