    Hello Everyone!

    Here we are starting week 5 !!!! Congratulations to everyone who is sticking to their workouts and getting them posted! Stop right now and give yourself a pat on the back!!!!
    \/ You deserve it!

    So... how did we do?

    Are we getting our workouts in?
    Taking your supplements?
    Drinking your water?
    Skin brushing???
    Eating healthier???
    Taking Salt baths?
    Completing a personal goal???


    If you hit all of your goals, wonderful! If not, you now KNOW what needs to be done !

    Time to get to it!

    Hi Donna & everyone!!!

    I would love to re-join you ladies here on the forums. It's been awhile... but I am very motivated since joining the 60 day challenge.

    My goal is to complete BWO+ 3 times/week and SATI 3 times/week... with a few extra workouts here and there. I did BROOM twice last week and really enjoyed it!

    Week 5

    Mon - Hoe Downs, BWO+, SATI walk for 60 minutes outdoors YAY!!!
    Tue
    Wed - SATI 30
    Thur - SATI 30
    Fri - BROKE MY LITTLE TOE! I was just about to put my T-Tappin' shoes on when I kicked the door frame. It's been awful!
    Sat
    Sun - BWO+ with bare feet YES, YOU CAN!!!

    How was my week last week? Well, not only did I have 3 excellent work-outs but I also ... INTRODUCED MY SISTER TO T-TAPP!

    Tara-the-English-Trainer-in-Greece and I have been talking about planning a little clinic in June and I have been thinking about who else to invite and obviously I thought of my sister! She noticed when I lost my initial bunch of inches and fixed my cranky back last year, but I hadn't really gone into details. But this weekend, we had a chat about t-tapp and did Instructional 1 together. She said she could really understand how it worked and is keen to give it a go for a month. I've lent her Ins 1 and the Fit & Fab free DVD. It was so interesting watching someone tapp for the first time - her feet kept drifting outwards and as a short torso (oh, how I envy her long legs!), she finds it hard to keep her tuck. I'm excited for her.

    This week I shall be doing: BWO bft x 2, 1 x HTF, 1 x dance class.
    OIP/HF/E + brushing every day.

    I'm in again. This week I should be right on track to tapp like I should. Traveling is done, garage is clean and the gardens are pretty much in shape for spring weather ... when it FINALLY gets here for real. Had a bear in our bird feeders last night. What a powerful creature! It tore the daylights out of the feeders, but we SHOULD have known it would happen as we live in the woods on a river for goodness sake! Kinda wish I had seen it. They are SOOO BIG!

    Great to see you on the forums again Lizzy Joy!

    Howdy everybody!

    Congratulations to everybody who got to workout with Trisch this weekend - Peggy - I'm sure you are re-inspired! That's Trisch's specialty!

    I did BWO+ in my hotel room Friday morning before my inservice meeting - it didn't start until 9... but didn't manage to get any other workouts over the rest of the weekend. I have to be in my school room by 7:30 each morning and I just couldn't make myself get up!

    But the GOOD NEWS is I wore a pair of white pants I haven't been able to get on for months!!!! I was excited!!!!

    BWO+ this morning - think I kinked my neck a little in PBS. I have to be so careful and I might have over done it a bit - but a little muscle mist and it will be better soon. (I'll use some Mag Gel when I get home, too - I don't have any at the office...)

    Ayj - I will GLADLY give up a "win" to get your sister over here!!!! (grin - like I have a chance of winning!) I'm planning to come to certs anyway... I almost didn't enter - really just did it for the accountability. I've already won, should be somebody else's turn.

    My little chicks are growing so quickly! The little yellow girls are getting brown splotches (feathers) all over - they look like they ran into some freshly painted walls! I didn't have time to take pictures this morning, but I'll take some tonight to put on my blog. They are so cute! My ds put them out on the pool table (with a plastic table cloth under them) in the "garage" since they are SO NOISY at night. When I went out there this morning and said Hello, they all came running over to the front of their crate peeping and saying Hello back! (Imprinting really works!)

    Have a FAB Monday! I'm going to open some mail and re-watch the new dvd. I was SO tired Thursday night, I slept through part of it...

    Good morning, all! My back is still not fully recovered (my bed certainly doesn't help that), but I was able to do BWO+ a couple times last week. I am planning to do a couple bootcamps--probably HTF and TA--but I think I will stick to BWO+, OIP/HF, AL & DD for this week. I plan to do them all daily, plus a couple 2ish mile neighborhood walks. I am finishing a Master Cleanse on Wednesday and need to do a gallbladder flush as well, so it will be very clean eating for this week. My biggest goal is to get myself up early enough each morning to exercise and shower before the kids wake, as I don't shower every day otherwise. And if I don't shower, I don't skin brush. Good luck to all of you on your goals!

    Hi Kate When my back is giving me issues, I do *just* PBS until I can get through that without losing form. Then I add T-Tapp Twist and Reach Scoops until I can get through THEM without losing form...THEN I start back to the regular workouts. It really does help me to get *past* the issue and not exacerbate it. I hope your back is completely better soon.

    I did my MORE workout this am. Boy! After the long Broom warmup yesterday, I felt lots of new things. LOL! Amazing!

    I hope everyone has a good day. I'm off to get my students back on track. LOL!

    Well, Polly, if you did the More Warmup in the Broom, that is definitely some new awareness. Retreats = Clinics, so you had More Clinics with Ms T yesterday.

    Oh, big news. My little sister (the one just 2.5 year younger, not my T-Tapp one), just told me she is pregnant. Expecting in early Dec! Woo Hoot, new baby! Definitely going to HK to see my little sister and the baby. She is the one closest to me. You told me a bad incident with this doctor she went to see to confirm pregnancy and not anything else. This woman was ridiculous, no eye contact and quoted her all the abortion options, timing and price. Did not tell her about her due date with ultrasound until my sister asked.

    I told her this woman dr. is bad news, time to find another one.
