Default Best single move for THICK, menopausal waist?

What is the best single move to slim my menopausal waist? I have gained over 2 inches there in the last 6 months. I am wanting a move that I can do throughout my day whenever I have a few minutes.

Not a single move, but a single muscle and technique.

When you tuck butt, you initiate with your LATS.

Do you have Total Superslow or Ladybug? More or the Broom?

Keep ribs up and Lat tight and navel to the spine, if you can do it for the workout and for regular sitting and walking and standing, you will be good.

Have your seen Mitten Chop Box, that is a good and clear Ribs Up.

Pay attention to the lats, your back is completely flat, you pull the upper and lower abs in during the curl and absolutely keeping the whole back straight as a line.

Dantheman has a good picture in his album.

The blue line is not just a line, it is how your back is supposed to be on side view.

The Broom exercise, with the broom stick on your shoulders, you will be using the lats. If you have not found it, I will suggest you do that a few times (Break it down to doable portion). Observe whenever Teresa has a side view.

Remember that muscle and how to keep it tight and how it straighten your spine, then you do your workout in Ladybugs with that lats, your curl in spinal roll up, tuck butt with the lats. Daily activities, whenever you remember to sit up straight, increase the distance between rib and hip by pulling your head and spine straight with lats tighten and tummy tight.

When you curl your core (=tuck butt, ribs up, shoulder back), remember lats lats lats, and keep a straight spine, the WHOLE time.

Be sure to keep ribs lifted when you do Hoe Downs. Letting ribs sink down into hips can thicken the waist. What ayj67 has shared will help with the hormonal/glucose issues that thicken the waist in the first place. This article might help you understand: Keeping Hormones Happy with T-Tapp

If you ordered the DDT, there is quite an excellent section that addresses EXACTLY this!

I am in the Challenge and had planned on doing the Inst 2 this next week. (Did Inst 1 the first week, BWO+ this last week.) This was my plan to reintroduce the brain/body connection. BUT, had the thought this morning that maybe my plan should be Ladybug BWO this next week, instead of the Inst 1. Might this serve me better?

Mabye and maybe not, if you lose activation, the more advance workouts will not help.

If you are in the zone and with full attention, the more advanced workout will be good, as you have more cues. Is your basic forms and technique good? If it is, try Ladybug and see how your feel, as Teresa is not going to cue the very basic items, she has only so much time for so many words in the same breath.
