Apps for ipad?
Anyone use any apps on an ipad to help them with their t-tapp or nutrition goals? Will you share what your favorites are?
I have an ipad too & would love to know!
Well I use Loseit to log my calories and food, and have for several years. I love it.
As for exercise apps, I had quite the time finding any that were helpful to my goals, but I stumbled upon a note/journal program called iDo Senior and log my workouts on there each day. It's good for looking back on and seeing my improvements. It isn't vastly superior to a pen and paper, except that it is searchable, but I like having everything in one spot.
If someone made an app specifically relating to TTap workouts and a calendar/journal function to log daily workouts and progress, I'd be so thrilled!
