I agree with Nancy! Enjoy this special time and don't over-do! My midwife wouldn't let me begin doing any exercise until I was six weeks post-partum. I cheated and started the BWO+ at 4 weeks pp, but only because I did it throughout the entire pregnancy, so I figured my body knew it. Her concern was that I would prolapse. Listen to your body! T.Tapp will be here in three more weeks :-). Now we are 12 weeks, and my milk supply is firmly established, something else you have to monitor carefully when exercising as efficiently at T.Tapp does.
