Thread: Double skin brushing

    Default Double skin brushing

Hello my name is Rhonda I have been T-tapping for about 2 years. My question pertains to "making up" a missed skin brushing. If you do not have time to do a skin brushing either in the a.m. or p.m. is it okay to do one brushing twice as many times?

Hi Rhonda! I wouldn't worry about missing a brushing. Just wait till the next brushing. Doing it 2x during one brushing isn't doing anymore then would a "normal" brushing.

    HTH!

I've heard of some T-Tappers keeping their brush handy in the bathroom, and brushing their trouble spots each time they visit that bathroom, so I don't think it hurts to double brush. Please be aware that you're releasing toxins while you brush, and too much brushing at once can make you dizzy if you're toxic (ask me how I know....).

    LOL Brooke!

You could brush twice daily, just not all at once. As Brooke said, that might overdo it on the toxin release! And yes, keeping the brush handy for those "trouble spots" (vs. brushing the whole body) is a great idea!

I always take a day off from brushing since it is a detox, to give the body a rest. Still getting great results with my skin, especially when I keep up with my alfalfa!

Thanks! Good info I guess extra water and/or detox tea might be in order under these circumstances. How do you know?

I've heard that detox is different for everyone. I got dizzy while brushing one morning, which I'm rather sure was detox related. I was really focusing in on my target areas. Maybe other people have experienced different detox "bonuses?"
