I wanted to know if I could use either while nursing.
Thanks!

You should hold off on the PG and Fibertox while nursing, but alfalfa is fine.

Thanks, I figured that would be the answer! Was hoping I could use PG to speed up my post baby results. I am on day 4 of a 7-10 day bootcamp (I want to try and make it as many days as I can) feeling very sore!

You can do it without the PG spray, I did
Are you taking alfalfa and kicking out between moves? That can help with soreness. Just hit pause button for the kick outs and make them count paying attention to your alignment still! Also, if you have SATI do that on your really sore days. Listen to your body, you don't want to over-do-it.
