Trisch, I got this in my e-mail from a friend yesterday. Ann should definitely have Autumn tested for Lymes Disease. This was from a Dr. Phil show on Lymes. Hope you can pull them up to watch. I will add Autumn and Ann to my prayers list.

When we first started our Autism journey, I was led to check out Lyme Disease. Although that wasn't what the problem was for Spencer, Lyme's can cause so many problems like Autism and seizures.
There is a group on Yahoo that I used to be a part of http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...ionsAndAutism/ This is a must check out for Ann...even though it says Autism, there are ladies who know what they are doing.

Thank you, Nanci! I haven't heard any updates from yesterday--I know she is not wanting to turn her dd into a zombie just to get the seizures under control! So far the contrast MRI showed no cause, although they were getting a second reading, I believe.

I feel so badly for her! Trying to get things under control so she can get ready for her son's wedding (let alone ENJOY it!)--I pray Ann can hold up through all this!

Got this update (Rebekah is Autumn's oldest sister):


Autumn's neurologist wants her to go to Cleveland Clinic tomorrow or Wednesday, depending on when there is a bed open for her there. Her seizure activity is not getting better. Scott will be flying home to go with Ann & Autumn.


Scott had cleaned up a mold issue before he left to work in ND, Autumn's seizure activity has become much more pronounced after the cleaning took place. In light of this they are having 2 different companies come in and do mold and air inspection tomorrow.

Also pray for Ann to get some sleep before she goes. She is extremely sleep deprived. Rebekah is going to sleep with Autumn tonight, but even so, the nursing staff come in so often that it is difficult for Ann to sleep.

Please pray for all matters concerned.

These videos are awesome. It threw me back to what I endured near death for over 2 years before and after my father died from 1999 through 2002 and I nearly died so often. I'm living proof how much we can overcome if we never, ever give up.

Autumn is at Cleveland Clinic--update below.

Scott, Ann & Autumn arrived at Cleveland Clinic around supper time today. Ann said she feels very privileged to be there as there are only 9 beds in the specialized area Autumn is in. She asked for prayer for sleep for her and Scott. Autumn's seizure activity has continued to increase and Ann has not been sleeping at all. She is hoping that her and Scott can tag team and each get some sleep tonight. She also requested prayer for peace for Autumn as she has to be on an EEG and IV around the clock, wisdom for the doctors to find the cause of the seizures, wisdom and clear thinking for Scott and Ann in the midst of exhaustion, and healing for Autumn.


Please cry out to God on the Forti's behalf.
