It takes about 5 minutes a day.

Here's what you do:
Ttapp stance (starts at 1:52))
4 rolls with arms straight and thumbs out to side (starts at 2:32)
4 lymph pump claps (arms at 90 degrees with thumbs back) (starts at 2:55)
4 count mitten chops (hands at groin, ribs up, shoulders back) (starts at 3:32)
4 count (hands in back pockets, ribs up, shoulders back)
4 count twist to right with right thumb pointing back left arm in pocket until twisted then extend left arm front with thumb back) (starts at 4:17)
4 lymph pump claps
4 count twist to left (this is not shown in video)
4 lymph pump claps
8 butterflies (8 little bounce, 8 medium bounce, 8 down to hip and back to shoulder height)...(this gets cut off on the video) (starts at 5:10)
We will go 7 days, with the option to renew for another 7 days (doesn't sound as intimidating that way)![]()
