    Good morning, Rachelle (and the other ladies)!

    My week's plan is to continue the Trimmer Torso Challenge and BWO+ each day. So, this week is pretty much the same as last week for me

    Hi Ladies, I'm back. I took a day off from the forum (that was hard!) and from exercising to spend some extra time in prayer, and I'm refreshed and ready to exercise!

    My plan hasn't gotten past trying to get in TWO today, as I haven't done that in a few weeks.

    Abbie, my birthday is only 3 days after yours!

    I am so grateful to have my sweet daughters to TTapp with. They keep me motivated (as you all do).

    I can't believe Gabby will be 17 on Thursday...it went by so fast.

    Nanci, glad you're back and refreshed! Isn't it shocking to find your children not children anymore but wonderful young adults?! Marcus 8 pulled out an old vcr tape of when Clay 20(!) and Sydney 22(!) were babies. (Wasn't it just yesterday that I was videoing them?) Also, it's funny to have the 8yo and the 3yo say "Aren't they so cute!" about their older sibs!
