    Default Metatreks

    Does anyone still use Metatreks? Does Teresa still recommend them? I was wondering because I was tempted to buy a pair. Thanks!

    I bought a pair at $88 sale the end of last year. I used that for SATI and SITTM until I cracked my knee cap. I am waiting for more recovery before trying that out again, maybe I will try floor work with it next month.

    I love my MT. Walked a couple of times in them, liked that but for some reason I mostly do SATI and occasionally SITTM in them. Need to use them for walking.
    I have a bit problematic low back and I really like the way MT make me forget about it.

    I believe that Metatreks is going out of business Thankfully I only wear mine inside so they should last awhile. Is there another weighted shoe that Teresa is recommending in place of Metatreks?

    I have a pair that I bought in 2007 and they must have hundreds of miles on them by now, LOL! Great investment for your health and strength, I highly recommend them! I might snag a black pair before they are all gone.
